MSP  CONFERENCE  IN  'PADEREK'

In the first days of October (4-7.10.2007) our school hosted the Writer's Seminar, a Multilateral School Partnership's (MSP) conference whose aim was to  build up a new Comenius project for the two coming years 2008-10.
The representatives of Holland, Hungary and Poland (coordinators and supporting teachers) met to work out the goals and methods according to  which the exchange project should be run and evaluated.
After long journeys from Drachten (Holland) and Szeged (Hungary) our guests arrived in Poznań on Thursday evening. The German coordinator  was not able to join the conference due to the strike of the German Railway.
At 8.30 on Friday morning the participants met in Paderek and the Writers' Seminar started its course. After the few hours of hard work the participants went to the Old Market Square to see the Goats at noon and taste delicious Polish żurek. After the lunch break the conference was continued until late in the afternoon.

On Saturday morning the MSP teachers met at school again to complete the project and write down the final results and conclusions to be presented to the National Agencies in each of the countries.
The day ended with a trip to Rogalin, where on a lovely, warm afternoon, full of autumn colours, the participants admired the park with the ancient oaks, the palace and the gallery. They could finally delight in the Polish cuisine during the farewell dinner.

The guests left early on Sunday morning, satisfied with the conference results and one more meeting of good European friends.
